- Alternatively, post a job listing with your requirements and budget — verified artisans/pros will send you quotes.
- Browse the Jobs page to find one-off service jobs and employment roles posted by verified businesses across Ghana.

- Every artisan/pro on ByDay has been identity-verified through our KYC process using a government-issued ID.
- View each artisan/pro's full profile: their bio, services, years of experience, certifications, and insurance status.
- Read reviews and ratings left by real customers who have hired them before.
Book & Confirm
- Click 'Book Now' on any pro's profile to send a booking request with your preferred date, time, and location.
- Agree on the final price and scope of work directly with the artisan/pro before work begins.
- You'll receive a confirmation once the artisan/pro accepts your booking.

- Meet your artisan/pro at the agreed time and location — they're background-checked and verified.

Complete KYC Verification
- Submit a valid government-issued ID (Ghana Card, Passport, or Voter's ID) along with a selfie.
- Our admin team reviews your submission — this typically takes 1–2 business days.
- Once verified, your profile gets a blue KYC Verified badge, which significantly increases customer trust.
Pay the One-Time Signup Fee
- A one-time signup fee is required to activate your listing on the platform.
- This fee keeps the marketplace high quality and ensures only serious professionals are listed.
- After payment, your profile goes live and customers can start finding and booking you.

Common Questions
Is ByDay available outside Accra?
Yes! ByDay operates across Ghana including Kumasi, Tamale, Cape Coast, Takoradi, Tema, and Sunyani — with more cities being added regularly.
How does ByDay verify professionals?
Every artisan/pro submits a government-issued ID (Ghana Card, Passport, or Voter's ID) and a selfie. Our admin team manually reviews each submission before granting the KYC Verified badge, so you can hire with confidence.
How do payments and escrow work?
When you book a service, your payment is held safely in escrow via Paystack — the artisan/pro is only paid once you confirm the job is complete. This protects both sides and ensures work is done before funds are released.
What happens if I'm not satisfied with the service?
Contact the artisan/pro first to resolve it directly. If that doesn't work, raise a dispute from your dashboard — our team will mediate, and the escrow funds stay protected until a fair resolution is reached.
Is there a fee for customers?
No — browsing, posting jobs, and booking on ByDay is completely free for customers. Artisans/pros pay a one-time signup fee to be listed on the platform.
How do artisans/pros get paid?
Once a job is marked complete and the customer confirms, the escrow is released to your wallet. You can then request a payout to mobile money (MTN, Vodafone, AirtelTigo) or a bank transfer from your dashboard.
How long does KYC verification take?
KYC review typically takes 1–2 business days after you submit your documents. You will be notified by email and in-app once your profile is approved.
Can my business post jobs and hire through ByDay?
Yes — register as a business, upload your registration documents, and once verified you can post one-off service jobs and longer-term employment roles. Verified artisans/pros will send you quotes or apply, and you manage everything from your Business Dashboard.
Is there a referral program?
Yes! Share your unique referral code with friends. When a referred user completes their first job, you earn GHC credit you can use toward future payments on ByDay.
