How do I book a professional?

Browse professionals on the Explore page, view their profiles and packages, then tap 'Book' to select a date and time. You'll be prompted to pay via mobile money or card to confirm the booking.

How do I join as an Artisan/Pro?

Go to 'Join as an Artisan/Pro' from the navigation menu. Complete your profile, submit your KYC documents, and pay the one-time joining fee. Your profile will be reviewed and activated within 1–3 business days.

How does escrow payment work?

When you book a pro, your payment is held securely in escrow. It is only released to the pro after you confirm the job is completed. If there's an issue, you can raise a dispute and our team will review it.

How do I raise a dispute?

Open your Dashboard, go to the Bookings tab, find the relevant booking, and tap 'Dispute'. Provide details about the issue and our support team will review it within 48 hours.

How do I delete my account?

You can delete your account from the Dashboard. Scroll to the bottom of the Dashboard page and tap 'Delete Account'. This will permanently remove your account and all associated data. This action cannot be undone.

How do I request a payout as an Artisan/Pro?

From your Dashboard, go to the Wallet tab. You can see your available balance and submit a payout request via mobile money or bank transfer. Payouts are processed within 2–3 business days.

What if I forget my password?

On the login screen, tap 'Forgot Password' and enter your email. You'll receive a password reset link. If you signed in with Apple, use your Apple ID to regain access.
